Shipping Policy

Carriers

We ship worldwide with UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier for your order is selected at checkout based on service availability, speed, and cost.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Live Rates: Real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
  • Flat Rate (when offered): Promotional flat-rate options may appear at checkout when available.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over USD $115 qualify for free shipping (where available). Threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes.

Delivery Estimates (Business Days)

Transit times are estimates only and may vary by carrier, service level, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Canada: ~2–7 business days
  • United States: ~4–10 business days
  • International: ~7–20 business days

Note: Remote or distant regions may require additional time. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking & Notifications

All shipments include a tracking number. You’ll receive an email with tracking details when your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update after the label is created.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping costs. We cannot predict or control these fees; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Address Entry: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass to you when the package is transferred to the carrier.
  • Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or events beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked “delivered” but can’t be located, or arrives damaged, contact the carrier first to initiate a trace or claim. Then email us at 1sttrackmotorsports@gmail.com with your order number and any claim reference so we can assist. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.

Split Shipments & Out-of-Stock Items

We may ship orders in multiple packages for faster delivery. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll contact you with options (wait, substitute, or refund).
